A registered architect trained at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris-Malaquais, Pauline Borgia founded her studio in Paris after several years of international experience. She approaches each project as a whole - from structure to interior layout - with constant attention to proportion, functionality and comfort.
Pauline Borgia shapes spaces with precision: soft curves, contrasting materials, integrated furniture and light that is revealed rather than added. Her interiors are both functional and elegant, always punctuated by bolder, sometimes unexpected touches that create emotion without disrupting balance.
For Anchor Paris Saint-Martin, she drew inspiration from Parisian workers’ hotels of the 1930s, translating their clarity and rigor into a contemporary language. Simple materials, readable layouts and a warm atmosphere come together to create a setting designed equally for gathering and retreat.

Adélaïde Allard
Originally trained as a clinical psychologist, Adélaïde Allard became deeply aware of the powerful influence the spaces we inhabit can have on the way we live and think. For her, care also begins through volume, light, scents and sound.
Her later transition into interior architecture gradually led her to develop a more intimate relationship with material itself.
For the Anchor Paris Saint-Martin project, she created a series of plaster pieces — casts of objects and textures whose traces she wished to preserve. This body of work became a sensitive field of exploration: a way of capturing the scenes of everyday life unfolding in her imagination and translating the atmosphere of the space through material.
